Founded in 2020 in Orange County, California, Nikalex began as a collaboration between engineers and designers passionate about advanced materials and precision manufacturing. After early work in gold and platinum additive manufacturing, we evolved into a specialized Computer Aided Design (CAD) and titanium manufacturing engineering firm.

Since 2023, from our Long Beach, California base, Nikalex focused exclusively on CAD redesign and production, combining AI-assisted CAD engineering with precision Titanium additive manufacturing. Our mission was to help customers make parts and assemblies that are lighter and stronger by combining A.I. with Titanium replacements.

In 2026, Nikalex is expanding beyond advanced manufacturing into the development of Next Generation Intelligent Robotic Systems. By combining artificial intelligence, autonomous robotics, aerospace engineering, and advanced titanium design, we are building technologies that bridge digital intelligence with the physical world.

While our next generation autonomous platform remains under development, this strategic direction represents our long term commitment to engineering intelligent systems that solve complex real world challenges through innovation, precision, and advanced engineering.
